CTBR BBQ Ambassador

Clinton Bailey is the founder and owner of The Deployment Supply Store (TDSS), a Belton-based logistics firm serving military, government, and civic agencies with mission-ready supply solutions. A proud East Texas native, Clinton was born in Longview and raised in Gladewater. After graduating in 2003, he immediately joined the U.S. Army as a logistics professional, completing five deployments over his 20-year military career. His dedication and leadership earned him multiple honors, including the Bronze Star and two Meritorious Service Medals, before retiring as a Senior Mobility Warrant Officer from III Corps.

 As CTBR’s BBQ Ambassador, Clinton serves as the public voice of the organization, connecting the utility industry, local businesses, and the Central Texas community to create a magical free-to-the-public event each year. He works closely with key members of the CTBR team to ensure the organization’s story is shared consistently and meaningfully throughout Central Texas. 

Beyond his work with CTBR and TDSS, Clinton is deeply engaged in the Belton community, volunteering, advocating on civic issues, and founding The Better Belton Project to support local growth and resilience. He is an active supporter of BISD infrastructure planning and Leadership Belton. Clinton and his wife Krystal have been married for 18 years and are proud parents to Katelyn, Kasen, and Kaden.

Clinton’s passion for BBQ and his commitment to community service make him an ideal voice for CTBR, helping bring people together to celebrate great food and the spirit of giving back.
