looking for food trucks who can handle the heat!
Food trucks bring more than great food to the Central Texas BBQ Roundup. They bring the conversations around a shared table, the excitement of discovering a new favorite, and the welcoming atmosphere that makes people want to stay awhile.
We invite you to join the CTBR family for Friday Preview Day, March 19, and our main event on Saturday, March 20, 2027, at the Huntington Bank Expo in Belton. Bring your flavor and your story. Together, we’re building a community tradition that reaches far beyond one weekend.
