Come meet the cook teams Friday, March 19, 2027 and experience the excitement before the smoke starts rolling! Friday’s ancillary judging features Margaritas from 6:15–6:30 PM, Dessert from 7:00–7:15 PM, and Chef’s Choice from 7:45–8:00 PM. Then join us Saturday, March 20, 2027 Chicken 12:00pm, Pork Spare Ribs 1:30pm, and Chicken 3:00pm. People's Choice is from 11:00am - 4:00pm all winners will be announced at the awards ceremony at 5:00 PM! Sign up online to be a Judge.
