Julie Richardson brings more than a decade of experience in the competitive BBQ world, along with a strong background in business development, operations, sales, and team leadership.

Professionally, Julie has built her career across the construction, energy services, workforce housing, and modular building industries. She is known for her ability to build relationships, solve problems, grow businesses, and bring people together, always with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.

Outside of work, Julie has a genuine passion for serving others and giving back to her community. Whether through BBQ, volunteering, or lending a hand wherever it is needed, she believes in showing up, getting involved, and making a difference.

Julie brings that same energy, experience, and heart for service to the Central Texas BBQ Roundup team.
