Paul Strang

 Director of Business Development

Paul Strang is CTBR’s resident wheeler-dealer, relationship builder, door opener, and firm believer that there is no such thing as “just a conversation.”

Long before joining the CTBR management team, Paul was already creating value for the Roundup. He connected people, opened doors, generated opportunities, and somehow had a guy for just about everything we needed. With decades of experience spanning business ownership, financial services, sales, marketing, and executive leadership, Paul has built a career around relationships and turning conversations into opportunities.

As Director of Business Development, Paul now puts those talents to work officially. He leads CTBR’s business-development efforts, helps cultivate sponsors and strategic partners, and keeps our team focused on the relationships and commitments that fuel the Roundup’s continued growth.

Around CTBR, Paul’s job is pretty simple to explain: find good people, make good deals, and create opportunities that help us cook up something bigger every year.

And if you happen to meet Paul at the Roundup, bring a business card. By the time the brisket is sliced, there’s a pretty good chance he’ll have figured out three people you need to meet.
