Tiffany (Hoops) Turner is a Texas born music enthusiast with a passion for creating unforgettable live experiences. Raised in North Texas, she grew up immersed in the state's rich music culture whether it was rodeos, lakeside bars, carnivals, or the electric energy of Friday night football. For Tiffany, music has always been the heartbeat of every great event, setting the mood and bringing people together.

Her journey into event planning started naturally as she curated the perfect entertainment for happy hours and parties. But her love for organizing evolved into a full career. From property management and staffing to managing AAFES stores as a dedicated military spouse, Tiffany gained valuable experience in business operations and vendor relations. While stationed overseas, she took every opportunity to travel through Europe, catching legendary performances from icons like Lynyrd Skynyrd and The Rolling Stones. These experiences deepened her love for live music and its power to connect people.

When the military brought her family back to Fort Hood, she found her home in Gatesville Texas. There, she carved out a role in the community, taking on local jobs before stepping into a leadership position with the Gatesville Chamber of Commerce. As the Chamber's Event Coordinator and later its Executive Director, Tiffany was at the helm of organizing the town's biggest annual events, strengthening local businesses, and building a strong network of artists, vendors, and industry professionals.

Her love for live music and Texas culture naturally led her to the world of BBQ, where she has spent years booking and organizing shows at some of the best BBQ joints across Texas. From smoky backyard pits to legendary Texas BBQ restaurants, Tiffany knows that nothing pairs better with slow cooked brisket and ribs than great music. Her passion for both has made her a key player in bringing together the best pitmasters and performers to create an unforgettable experience.

Tiffany’s influence in the Texas music scene extends even further through her role on the Board of Directors for the Music Association of Central Texas. Her dedication to supporting artists and promoting live performances has made her a trusted figure in the industry.
